MAIN ROLE
Monitor, analyze and correlate security events aiming at identifying security incidents, perform technical security assessments and create security reports

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
. Monitor and analyze security events
. Development, monitoring and improvement of control mechanisms using SIEM platforms . Handling of information security incidents and preparation of relevant reports
•    Perform forensic analysis and technical security investigations
•    Conduct security audits in order to assess compliance and discover vulnerabilities
.Perform technical security assessments to discover vulnerabilities in architecture and/or configuration of network components

. Participate in the proposal evaluations for new systems, as far as security requirements are concerned in order to select appropriate systems

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•    Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field . 2+ years work experience in information security
. Strong hands-on experience on technical security work (penetration testing, technical security assessments, source code scanning, security systems implementation, etc.)
•    Knowledge:

►    Security tools included in Kali Linux.
►    Scripting languages (Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.)
►    UNIX/Linux OS administration & shell scripting
►    Relational Databases (esp. Oracle. MySQU
►    Experience in SIEM tools
•    Excellent knowledge of English language . Military service fulfilled
. Master s degree and / or Professional Information Security Certificates (p.ch.CISSP. CISA, CISM)
